Who we are and what this policy covers
Simargi Systems LLC operates simargisystems.com and develops Stratos, an AI-assisted real estate workflow product. This policy covers our website, business inquiries, and the planned Stratos SMS approval-alert program.
The SMS program is not live yet. It is intended for realtors who voluntarily enroll to receive operational alerts and requests to review proposed actions. It does not include cold prospecting, promotional campaigns, or marketing texts to real estate leads. Simargi Systems LLC is the operator; The Opulent Group and Real Broker LLC are not the operators of this program.
The website practices below describe the existing website. Stratos-specific processing describes the current product implementation and planned program. This marketing website does not collect SMS enrollment requests, record SMS consent, or activate messaging.
Information collected through the website
Our workflow-review form collects your name, business email, company, industry, workflow or problem description, tools used, desired outcome, optional budget range, preferred contact method, and your agreement to be contacted about that inquiry. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include.
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate your workflow, and discuss relevant services or product participation. The current form does not ask for a mobile number or enroll you in recurring SMS. Its contact permission is not SMS consent.
Hosting and security processing can involve network information such as IP addresses, request information, timestamps, and error logs. The contact endpoint uses an IP-based, in-memory rate limiter and form validation to limit abusive submissions. The current form handler does not save submissions to an application database: when email delivery is configured, it passes the inquiry to Resend for email delivery. If delivery is not configured, it reports that limitation rather than claiming your request was saved or sent.
SMS program information on this website
The Stratos SMS program page explains the planned operational alerts, review replies, support, and cancellation. It is an informational page, not an enrollment form.
This marketing website does not use an application database for SMS enrollment and does not record SMS opt-in evidence. Contacting support, submitting a workflow inquiry, or reading these policies does not enroll you. A functioning product enrollment flow with separate affirmative consent and durable evidence must be in place before SMS starts.
SMS enrollment will be optional and will not be a condition of purchase or product access. Requests about messaging consent or privacy can be sent to brandon@simargisystems.com.
Stratos data and planned SMS processing
To support authorized real estate workflows, Stratos processes the following categories as needed for the participating user’s workflow:
- Realtor names, email addresses, mobile numbers, account identifiers, and connected Lofty team and member identifiers.
- Proposed message drafts, edits and replies, APPROVE, EDIT, or REJECT decisions, timestamps, and approval expiration.
- Relevant lead inquiries, names, property details, and approved business instructions needed to prepare drafts.
- SMS consent evidence, opt-out and suppression records, message delivery status, Twilio message identifiers, and security and audit metadata.
- Connected-account credentials used server-side to support authorized integrations.
These categories support drafting, human review, account connections, message delivery, permission checks, suppression after withdrawal, troubleshooting, and auditability. Approval expiration limits whether an approval can be used; it does not delete the underlying record.
Twilio and telecommunications carriers necessarily process mobile numbers, message content, inbound replies, routing, and delivery information to operate SMS. The application’s SMS metadata tables exclude raw message bodies and phone numbers, but this does not mean those data are absent from all application storage or provider systems.
Protection of SMS opt-in data and consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent, or share them with affiliates, lead generators, or other businesses for their own use. Consent is specific to the Simargi Systems LLC Stratos program and cannot be passed to another sender or messaging program.
Necessary processing by Twilio, carriers, and storage or hosting providers acting to operate and protect this program is limited to those service purposes; it does not authorize their independent marketing or transfer consent to them. This service-provider processing is distinct from the prohibited sale, rental, transfer, and marketing sharing described above.
These SMS protections apply to every sharing description in this policy. No general description of service providers or business communications authorizes marketing sharing of mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent.
When the program launches, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. You can also contact brandon@simargisystems.com. See the Terms and Conditions for the planned program’s messaging terms.
Service providers and connected systems
Providers process information relevant to their roles. Product providers listed here reflect the current implementation and planned program, rather than a completed audit of every live account setting.
- Vercel: website and existing application hosting, including requests and operational information needed to serve the site.
- Resend and email services: delivery of website inquiries when configured, and processing of business email correspondence.
- Twilio and telecommunications carriers: planned SMS delivery, mobile numbers, message content, replies, and delivery records.
- OpenAI API: AI drafting using relevant inquiries and approved business context.
- Neon: PostgreSQL storage for Stratos application records.
- Lofty: connected CRM information and authorization within the permissions of the connected account.
- Railway: additional staging hosting planned for the product.
- Tomo: a source of manually reviewed business knowledge, rather than a live SMS integration.
Stratos’s current OpenAI requests use store: false. That setting does not guarantee zero provider retention. OpenAI’s data-controls documentation describes default abuse-monitoring retention of up to 30 days, with exceptions and account-dependent controls. Our account-specific settings have not been verified. We do not make an assurance here about AI training or zero retention.
Information you submit to an external website or provider is also subject to that provider’s applicable policies. A link to another site does not enroll you in Stratos SMS.
Retention and deletion
We have not finalized specific retention periods for account information, inquiries, drafts, messages, consent evidence, suppression records, audits, logs, or backups. Provider retention may differ from application retention. We cannot currently promise a fixed deletion timeline or automatic removal across all systems.
A complete account-deletion workflow, scheduled purging, backup expiration, and deletion across providers have not been verified. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting brandon@simargisystems.com. We will review the request, what information we hold, and what can be acted on, including any records needed for consent, suppression, security, or applicable obligations.
STOP withdraws messaging consent and suppresses further program messages; it does not automatically erase your account, drafts, consent evidence, or prior delivery records. Approval expiration likewise does not delete stored records.
Security
Stratos’s current implementation stores connected-account credentials encrypted and server-side, and uses encrypted storage for drafts and edited text. SMS metadata tables omit raw message bodies and phone numbers. Production provider settings and the complete data lifecycle still require verification.
These measures reduce exposure but do not guarantee that every system or message is secure. SMS travels through telecommunications networks and should not be used to send credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Please keep website inquiries limited to the business information needed for us to respond.
Privacy requests and updates
Email brandon@simargisystems.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe your request and the account or inquiry concerned. Use an email associated with your account when possible. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing records; do not email credentials, an EIN, or a private residential address.
Available legal rights depend on your location and applicable law. This policy does not promise rights or response periods that have not been established for your situation. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission.
We will update this page as our practices change and identify the revision date above. Changes to this policy do not themselves create consent for a new SMS purpose or sender.
