Private product enrollment, not marketing-site signup
This page documents the Stratos informational SMS approval-alert program operated by Simargi Systems LLC. It is a public reference for verification reviewers, not an enrollment form.
Messaging is not live. The product consent workflow is deployed to private staging. Sender verification, phone ownership, provider-policy review, and live delivery checks remain separate launch requirements.
The program is for participating realtors to review proposed workflow actions. It does not authorize cold prospecting, promotional campaigns, or marketing messages to property leads.
How a participating realtor gives consent
- The realtor signs in to an invited, account-specific Stratos workspace through Lofty. The invitation and provider identity must match the approved account.
- They open SMS preferences. The SMS checkbox starts unchecked, and Continue without SMS remains available.
- They enter their own mobile number, review the SMS-specific disclosure and linked policies, actively select the checkbox, and choose Save my SMS consent.
- The backend records their account-bound choice, encrypted number, server time, form source, and exact accepted disclosure/version. No messaging sender is activated by this action.
- They may withdraw in SMS preferences. When SMS is activated, STOP will also suppress further program messages. Phone ownership, STOP/HELP behavior, and live delivery must be verified before that activation.
Website inquiries, a CRM connection, reading this page, and agreeing to general terms do not establish SMS consent. There is no purchase or product-access requirement to enroll.
Screenshots of the implemented form
Synthetic test evidence, captured October 12, 2026. These are captures of the implemented product form running with its real consent API and a disposable local PostgreSQL database. The session and phone number are synthetic. They are not Abe’s records, evidence of any real person’s consent, or proof of hosted OAuth enrollment or SMS delivery.
The form and disclosure are the same version deployed to private staging. The test verified unchecked defaults, affirmative saving, masked reload persistence, withdrawal, and mobile layout without sending a message.
1. The choice starts unchecked
The SMS checkbox is unchecked. The page names Simargi Systems LLC and Stratos, describes informational alerts, and shows frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, support, and both policy links. Product access does not require SMS.

2. The user makes a separate affirmative choice
The test user entered a reserved fictional number and selected the SMS checkbox. Saving requires both a valid number and this affirmative choice. Selecting the checkbox alone does not save consent.

3. Saved status shows only a masked number
A server-side record retains the authenticated account, encrypted number, recorded time, source, and exact disclosure version. Reload retrieves that saved record. Recording consent does not verify phone ownership or turn messaging on.

4. The user can withdraw consent
Withdrawal records a separate event and suppresses this account's SMS authority. It does not erase history or automatically reenroll the number. The mobile form retains the same disclosures and policy links.
