Operational alerts for participating realtors
Stratos is an AI-assisted real estate workflow product developed and operated by Simargi Systems LLC. The planned SMS program sends informational operational notifications and requests to review proposed actions to voluntarily enrolled realtors.
It is not a cold prospecting, promotional, or real estate lead messaging program. Customer marketing texts are outside its initial scope. The Opulent Group and Real Broker LLC are not the operators of this program.
Review proposed actions
When review requests become available, participating realtors can reply APPROVE, EDIT, or REJECT. These replies concern the identified proposal and remain subject to the product workflow’s permissions, validation, and approval expiration.
An approval reply does not itself mean a customer message has been sent. AI drafts require human review; these program terms do not grant CRM permissions or authorize customer marketing.
Voluntary enrollment, not yet available
Messaging is not live yet. Enrollment is not available on this website. This marketing site has no SMS enrollment form or consent database. A functioning enrollment flow for participating product users with durable consent evidence is required before the program launches.
The private staging product now includes SMS preferences and account-bound consent records. Reviewers can see documentation and synthetic screenshots of the implemented opt-in process. That page does not collect phone numbers or enroll visitors.
Consent is optional and will not be a condition of purchase or product access. It must be specific to Simargi Systems LLC, Stratos, and these informational alerts. An ordinary contact inquiry, interest request, or general terms agreement does not enroll you.

Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies. The number of alerts will depend on your workflow activity and requests awaiting review.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless provider’s plan for any charges.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A missing alert is not an approval.
Cancellation and help
When messaging is live, reply STOP to cancel and withdraw consent, or email brandon@simargisystems.com. After cancellation, further program messages must be suppressed; a single message may confirm the cancellation.
Reply HELP for assistance when the program is live, or contact brandon@simargisystems.com now. STOP and HELP behavior must be verified before activation.
Withdrawal does not automatically delete prior records. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and privacy requests, and the Terms and Conditions for the full planned program terms.
